I accidentally ordered the wrong trailer hitch (my mistake) and had it delivered to Vienna. After the problem was clarified by email, B.A.S. had the wrong clutch picked up for me free of charge (!) and refunded me the purchase price including delivery costs (!). Better customer service is hard to imagine :-)
A great option to save some money when buying a removable towbar and visit Bratislava straight away. Car brought to the workshop in the morning - the friendly boss took us into the city center (10 minutes) and picked us up again in the early afternoon. Work is done perfectly, functionality is explained and the price is really good. All certificates are also included - but in Austria they are not actually required for the branded products used.
