Delivery and delivery prices

The transport of goods for our company within the EU is provided by the courier transport company Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o. (DPD).

Personal collection at the address (pick up point): Kolmá 4, 851 01 Bratislava - Petržalka (KOLPO building, office no. 1). 

DPD CLASSIC:
Slovak Republic – package up to 31,50 kg - 6,50 EUR
Pick up point - package up to 31,50 kg - FREE DELIVERY
Order over 100,00 EUR - FREE DELIVERY
Cash on delivery – 2,00 EUR

EXPORT zone 1:
Czech Republic, Hungary - parcel up to 31,50 kg – 9,00 EUR
Austria, Poland - parcel up to 31,50 kg – 9,00 EUR
Cash on delivery - 2,50 EUR

EXPORT zone 2:
Spain - parcel up to 31,50 kg - 75,00 EUR

Prices are with VAT.

In case of an order before 3:00 PM we send the goods on the next working day. 

• 3 free delivery attempts
• free return delivery to the shipping address in case of unsuccessful delivery
  parcel tracking on DPD website
• software for printing labels, if necessary, the price includes packaging material (flyer 35x45, or 45x55 cm), handling labels FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP
• insurance for each parcel up to 2500€ for domestic transport, for international transport up to 520€
• unique DPD HOME servise for deliveries to private person for payment on delivery by payment card to the courier via POS terminal

Maximum dimensions of 1 package during transport:

Weight max. 31.5 kg, 31.5 kg abroad. Longest side max. 175 cm Perimeter length max. 300 cm (twice the sum of the shorter sides + the longest side).
